ghostTown 0.31 Lite Beta for 3ds max 2011-2012 x64
New version is up, this wil hopefully take care of some of the problems with write priveleges...etc.
Also added a small layermanager so you can hide, rebuild and restore different builds independently.

Procedural texturing
Just finished a test on a new way of texturing the buildings.
Instead of just plastering pictures of facades on the... facades,
it would be cool to comp together different facadeelements on the fly.
This new thing measures the width and height of the facades and applies a
custom texture with proper spacing between all elements.
For now it doubles the time it takes to build a block and consumes some memory, but hey, it's pretty cool.
This is the editor, for designing facades. Can be applied and viewed in realtime on the buildings.
And the result:
